14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Original packaging preferred
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Presale items are eligible for return

How to Return

  1. Email us at official.celore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive authorization - We'll send you a returns authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack securely - Use original packaging if possible
  4. Ship back - Send to the address provided in your authorization email
  5. Refund processed - Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. CÉLORE is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different colour variant:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for your preferred variant

Note: Stock availability is not guaranteed. Limited drop quantities may sell out.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags
  • Worn or washed items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Email us immediately at official.celore@gmail.com
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. Provide your order number

We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
